I was 90 minutes late due to traffic on I-40. I was charged $76 for an entire day when only 90 minutes late. I'll never go back to this location and probably won't go with Uhaul again. I've rented from this location before and both times have found the personnel rude and unhelpful. I rent cars all the time for work. Sometimes I return early, sometimes I miss it by an hour. I've never dealt with a company so unbending or unwilling to pro-rate. Not only was I charged the full rental price for an extra day but they also made me pay a whole extra day for the "additional protection coverage".

The uhaul site went down during the pick up window and made things incredibly slow. It took almost an hour to wait in line and do the manual process to get a truck. Representative at this location did the best she could with what was available considering another customer who was very combative in the store.
