Location recently burned to ground. Owner happened to be there to assist. Was originally booked out of Alexandria LA but no one way we're available. U-haul is deceptive with multiple vehicles at location, yet would not rent in time of need due to them being designated as in town only.

There were roaches in the back of the truck and I had to return the truck and get another one. Although this was not the fault of K&C.
