Isaiah DLiving in a tri state, this site was the only one who has a car dolly. Both men that assisted me are very professional, kind, patient, helpful and explained themselves well. I am absolutely positive that I will be back there and I always use U-HAUL for my towing needs.
LISA WThis location was an old dirty gas station. The guy in store would not come out and look at the gas. I filled the gas back up to the amount as when we rented truck.....When I got back, I received a notice, this place charged me $17.00 for gas on my VISA card!!!! I have called them 2 times asking for a refund and the manager, Cory, is supposed to call me back but he still has not. I sent an email to UHaul asking for these 2 credits, we will see if they respond.....
ELIZABETH BEvery thing was perfect! The staff was Awesome, and Cody was extremely patient with me when none of my cards were working so he waited for me to pull cash from an ATM to complete the transaction. Thank you all!!! 😊
