The drop off process is all over the place, the U-Haul return sign is at the back of the lot. The drop box is up by the main door. I returned the equipment and 3 hours later I got a phone call asking where we were at with the truck. Very unorganized and there representative who called was rude.
Garrett HEverything went well. I was quoted $185 and paid $156 due to milage discount.
Kelly MWas all good. I wasn't sure if it was actual grocery running it, so I went over and talked to customer service to clarify what/when/how I needed to get the truck. Later when I got the truck it went smooth and quick, as did the return.
Deven Hstore personnel seemed to be not very familiar with procedure
