Not really much that trailers plus could do different and the only reason I marked no on clean equipment was because the yard in which the U-Haul was pulled out of was a mud pit and it had been raining which couldn’t be helped the only issue that we had was with the customer service lady over the phone, disputing the drop off location for both the U-Haul and the trailer, even though it was printed off on the paper and then she wanted to argue with us about it, and then Marcus us by laughing I could catch her snore, a little snicker at the end of the conversation before she hung up the phone, but the folks from TrailersPlus did amazing. We had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

KAYLEE PDid the 24/7 drop off went smoothly dropped the keys in the box and left. Took about ten minutes. I did not interact with anyone onsite they were closed.
