I’ve always picked up my Uhuals from this location but each time, returning, is getting progressively worse. This round, I had to maneuver the truck out of between a bunch of trailers, backwards, as the truck wasn’t in a ready position for me to get it. Upon return, there was a large pickup truck and horse trailer that was blocking the only place to put this truck. I had to get in between all the existing trailers, the pickup and horse trailer, and then there were cinder blocks where I was parking. Please note: it’s where I got the truck from and there were NO cinder blocks when I picked up. It’s setting customers up for failure with a 26’ truck and not being provided an open and safe area for parking. I shouldn’t have to fear trailers, trucks, horse trailers, and cinder blocks when I’m trying to park the rented vehicle and it’s after dark with no lighting provided by the pick up area. You can’t see anything on the property due to no lighting so you have to cross your fingers and pray you don’t damage the vehicles.

Great people but uhaul is a joke
brady mLock was frozen & the cab door with the handle also frozen under the door. Wasted almost an hour between fighting with both to get them undone to be able to use. Other than that excellent service.
