Hard to find the location, relative to other U haul establishments. No front desk to speak of. I returned some blankets I didn't need before my trip, and was told they'd be removed from the order, but required branch manager to do it; no receipt offered. I didn't ask for a receipt bc I didn't think one could be offered. The blankets were not removed from the order before I arrived at destination. Destination did the legwork of removing the blanket bags from my order and offereing a refund on their price. Origin did not perform this action.
