This location pick up is horrible. I got there at 9:30am and didn’t get the truck until 12.45 pm. He left me for an hour because he had to go sure an apartment to someone while I was still trying to figure out how to use the dolly. I will never ever step foot in that location ever again

Unorganized, truck was dirty. Not all equipment that I had scheduled to rent was available on site. I rented two furniture dollys but they only had one.

JAMES SAndy was just terrible first day I made reservation 1/30/2026 signed everything got the keys. I went to the truck started it and went to go pull off truck is stuck in ice. At this point now I wasted my lunchtime trying to get truck out of the ice and couldn’t asked if he had salt and a shovel so truck could be shoveled out and in was no good. I get a refund started and I go back to work. my beautiful phone call from Andy after I get back to the job stating that U-Haul is gonna come out and try to get the truck out and he’ll call me back. He does that he said he got it out. Sorry was her before 131 2026. I did next time the computers need to sell. I gotta do everything all over again and I already did on the phone the day before for the reservation and I’m telling him I already gave this information to the person that was on the phone the day before and he’s like oh that wasn’t me. I said well it should be in the system. I received a link to send my ID and everything so why is it not in the system and he started getting a sword I don’t know that’s not my problem. I gotta do everything now I said what that was the purpose of doing everything yesterday so that when I came here today, all I would have to do was give my card for the payment. Well, I called you back so you can do the reservation again today. I didn’t have to do that I said you did it because you knew it was common courtesy cause you should’ve made sure that truck was able to be driven out of here yesterday and you didn’t that’s why you did it. I didn’t have to do that. This is not what I’m supposed to do that’s not my problem horrible customer service.
