Originally had pick up @ Nanuet. Changed overnight.no one explained what grab and go was… Nanuet had no idea and didn’t seem to care. He didn’t have the truck either they had 10 of them at Nanuet but none they could assign to one way. So after making the reservation 3 months ahead of time we were standing there now at 12 noon 3 hours late to take my daughter to college. And no one in Nanuet could care as well as the people at U-Haul on the phone. Ali arranged for us to take a van with a reduced rate and everything finally worked out perfect. I would use him again and go directly to him but never again booking through or directly with U-Haul or Nanuet… taking our first kid to college was stressful enough the experience before Ali stepped in was unpleasant and should not have happened…. U-Haul grab and go in NEW City 5 STARS U-Haul in Nanuet and U-Haul app/ customer service 0 stars…
