This was a self-return location so none of the questions above apply. The online return process was difficult. I'm not sure if it was due to poor cell service in the area or the app itself but the photos wouldn't upload and I couldn't get to the next screen even though I kept hitting the button. It took me over 40 minutes and in the end i just had to trust the information was uploaded.
