The cost was extreme. $80 for less than an hour and a total of 24 miles to move 1 couch. During a time when gas is now $4, paying a total of $80 for an advertised $19.95 seems extreme. I asled for a dolly that wasnt what I asked for. I needed an appliance dolly and only a small was available and despite updating the reservation to remove the extra items i didnt request, i was still charged. $80 is just ALOT of money for 45 minutes and 24 miles worth of transport. Uhaul please review your pricing.
Marisa MTruck needs a break job. I really had to lean on it to get a response . I barely broke 15 mpg because I was literally moving 800 feet from my home…
VINCENT MThee people at My Market were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting form this location. The truck was in excellent condition mechanically and on the inside. The only suggestion for the future would be to have the windshield and windows clean, I didn't realize till I was on the highway that the dirt on the windows made seeing a bit hard in the evening light.
Janice PMy boyfriend was sent to pick up the U-Haul but was given the keys to the wrong vehicle. As in not the vehicle we reserved. After about 20 minutes into our commute we received a call notifying us that we were in the wrong vehicle and thus had to turn around and switch. It was a huge inconvenience and to make matters worse the manager of the establishment placed blame on my boyfriend instead of his employee for giving him the wrong set of keys. He stated that my boyfriend had the responsibility of double checking the person who was employed to ensure that the proper vehicles were being contracted and released to the proper renter. Very unprofessional and did not take accountability for the improper operation of his own business. The worst experience I have had with U-Haul and I will not rent from this location again!
