It was expensive
Benjamin KLocation was fine. What wasn’t fine was while I was on the road UHaul sent me a text saying my drop off was changed. And then I had to go on the phone for half and hour and it got changed back immediately. Ridiculous to try and change someone’s drop off location after their trip has started. Plus I got a bunch of emails with yahoo and gmail email addresses telling me to click links. No thanks.
Andrew Rlocation was wonderful. U-HAUL the service SUCKS. There was an outage and there was no backup arrangements in place for me to book a truck without the online service.
Bridget DIt was great Duval from my market was amazing very helpful and it was streamlined and easy. My only critique would be the price. I found it to be a little expensive but that’s more a U-Haul thing.
