ROBERTA FI went in and rented a 10 foot truck. Yhe man in the morning was friendly but the man that i returned the truck to did not speak english and all he said was tomorrow. It took me going back down to the store and demanding to speak with the u-haul person. He call the guy on the phone. The guy told me he is sorry but forgot to check my truck back in. Finally i got a revised receipt after being charged for more than I should have. I will never rent from them again.
