the location was great, but Uhaul HQ was horrible. Had to call 10x after being told card didn't work, but it did finally. took 3 hours to get it done. ridiculous.....
MICHELLE BI will never rent from U-Hail again. Not because of poor customer service but because of hidden added costs. Too damn expensive!
