I cant believe you request a van and get this huge truck.. you pick a pickup location 2 mins from my pickup location but the day before they change it to a place 20-30 mins away...not my fault. More gas more miles.. 2x the miles because it took me 20 mins the opposite direction. The make me pay. 83 cents a mile thats the best they could do. I shouldn't be charged for 40 miles thats how you ripping customers off.. then because my sister wore a head scarf. He said a comment. How bout I send you to iraq..asshole she's Jewish unbelieveable what a rip off to chatge me 93 miles and its because you made me go so far out the way... you owe me money and for the insult to my sister..

Got there and no one was there so I called he would be there about 30 minutes or so so I used the drop box The complaint is I only one contact had to give my only copy and of course the key Place is a dump 😳
