I didn’t appreciate that I was told that the trailer was available at a location closer to me and then after I booked you changed the location on me. I had no problem with the new location but I don’t appreciate being deceived.

The customer service there was not too good. They were not Will informed on the things I wanted or needed. I had to go get the car myself and pull out of a parking. I had to park it back in our weird parking spot. I bought a need a bigger truck. They told me I would have to cancel the whole order to do it all over again. It was just kind of all over the place so I would never go back to that location.
Elisha SI had an appt. to pick up the truck they had one guy at the counter with aboujt 20 customer and they kept coming I had to wait for a few. On the glass of the truck a Big pile of birds poop! on the glasses.! But the Inside was clean.
