The man who helped me was not friendly or very helpful in explaining matters

Kevin WBad return experience all together. The original location where I was to return has no room for my truck. So I called customer support. They asked me to go two miles down the road to return. So, once I get there I park the truck and run through the check in process in the app. I go inside to turn in the keys and the guy working won’t accept the keys because he asked to see my contract and his location was not the return location. I had to take another 20 minutes of my time to call customer service again so that they could call this location and let him know I could return the truck. This should’ve been done prior to me arriving. I had spent a long day of travel and moving, I was tired and hungry and I had to take another additional 30 minutes of my time to drive to two different locations and deal with a Uhaul issue that would not accept return of keys. Less than ideal experience.
