Jose (I think that was his name) at the Newman location was amazing! I have never towed before so I was a little nervous. He was helpful and explained how he was hooking up the trailer to my car and even drove my car to make sure everything was good to ease my nerves. A little out of the way, but worth the drive.

The rental was in perfect condition. The representative who helped was very kind and explained everything. The workers helped hook up the trailer and explained how to put a lock on so the trailer would not be stolen. It was a very pleasant experience.
