Staff rude and nonchalant or attentive. Pulled up to drop truck, no one assisted. When I parked the truck to go inside if the shop, staff spije and told me I couldn't leave the truck there it would be towed! I had no intent on leaving truck there, both staff saw me sitting in front of neither provided assistance.
IRIS OI should’ve checked more thoroughly before renting the truck, but I only received 4 of the 6 moving blankets I reserved, and was given an appliance dolly instead of the furniture dolly which I requested as it was absolutely useless moving this piano.
Joshua EI reserved a uhaul truck for a day. I picked it up Saturday and returned it Sunday. I reserved a time to pick up the uhaul. No where online nor in the store did anyone tell me the truck had to be returned by a certain time! But y'all were nice enough to charge me more money even though I returned it on the day I said I would! After doing it off, I saw it in the terms and conditions I was emailed, after I had left with the rental!
