The person renting me the trailer did not know how to install it. I had to install it.

When I initially rented the 15ft moving truck at this location, I only did it because my truck broke down in the parking lot. This was the only truck they had and I was desperate. When I rented it I was in the office where there was a lady who was new being trained by another one. I heard the one tell the trainee that even if the owners there he's not ever there and to not tell anyone otherwise (which is why I'll be calling customer service or another uhaul to complain). I had explained my situation of my truck and how I was unsure on if I'll need it a second day since I may not find a rental again. I was told to call by 930am if I needed it again. I found a rental car this morning that was by a place recommended by the experienced agent. The car rental was even going to be delivered to me right there at the uhaul facility. 930am came and went while I was on my way to uhaul and figured I should just get the truck there and get it filled with gas. I showed up just after 10 am and was met as I pulled in by the same experienced agent from yesterday and the rental agent with the rental car. The uhaul agent then proceeded to tell me she tried to call me at 930 to see where I was and she had a customer who rented it and had been waiting and had been promised that the truck would be there. I apologized and told her I didn't realize that a half an hour would be that big of a deal (especially since she knew I may have needed it again). She then informed me since I was late and there was someone waiting that they were charging me for a whole second day. I mean talk about kicking someone while they're down. If I had been told that even a half an hour late that they would charge me for a second day if not return at exactly that time I would've definitely made sure it was on time. Mind you she said all of this in front of the rental car agent and her partner as it was done outside, which I felt was very unprofessional. Also she told me that she needed to know what I was planning on doing with my truck since I "parked" in a bad spot because those businesses there are busy and they need those spots. I already had plans with a repair shop that is coming to pick it up by this afternoon. Trust me, I did not plan on my vehicle breaking down and them being the only thing I could find to rent. Even when she handed me my receipt I still felt as she was still being rude to me. Hopefully the one they're training doesn't learn this kind of "customer service". After all of this it finally made it to the car rental agent who apologized for the way I was treated from uhaul and let me know that the customer who had "been waiting" had just got there. Thank goodness my truck is being picked up from there and I will never have to deal with them again. If this were to ever happen again I would leave my truck on the side of the road and keep walking past them. *I just read the other reviews on this page and it seems at this is what to expect when going to this location.*

Mean. Hurtful. Yelling. Screaming. Discrimination against my handicap. Derogatory comments. Rude. Unhelpful. Sad to be treated different because of a handicap. Blew up at myself and passengers.

The people were not helpful at all, even rude. I picked up a 26 foot truck that was dirty inside and out. The trailer I received was buried in a snow back and frozen to the ground. I was shorted on the pads I was given, I assumed the person could count! I will rent from U-Haul, but NEVER from that location.

I had to hook up the trailer myself the wheel bearings were gone the emergency brake was broke I would not recommend this location to anybody while I was driving to New Hampshire it took me 6 hours for only 200 miles because the trailer was like a wrecking ball at speeds 40 miles per hour and more. Personally I would like my money back because it did more wear and tear on my truck by throwing me all over the highway then the trailer was worth
