Vehicle that we rented smelled like cigarette smoke. Even with the windows down, the smell lingered.

This was not my first location. My first location although scheduled was not at the site when trying to get my trailer. The site above was excellent, but due to the hasty change, he was unaware of my arrival.
LUKE KWent to drop the truck off I paid cash and I couldn't get my cash back only of I went to the other office. Went back there and said I had to go back to newsoms VA to get it and now I getting a check
