I recently rented a U-Haul truck and when I rented it the website did not specify where I needed to return it so as I always have I returned it to a location close to my new house as it’s inconvenient to drive back and it gave me the option to pick a drop off location but it was OPTIONAL. Here we are a week later and they’re charging me an additional $350 for “wrong drop off location” maybe tell people in bold letters that they have to return the trucks to the original pick up location. Thank god I didn’t move out of state can’t imagine what you would’ve charged for that. Safe to say I won’t be using U-Haul ever again.
