They never checked in the car dolly when we dropped it off so we almost got charged for over a week extra. Luckily my husband took a picture of of the date and time on his watch with the drop off building in the background for proof that we dropped it off

Easy instructions for pick up and drop off
Michael HTruck was not cleaned out before renting out
Steven DDid not report proper time that the equipment was returned, causing the other location to contact me about late fees and charges. I had to drive back up to the location on Sunday to make sure the equipment was still there to prove I was liable
