At the time of my arrival to pickup the equipment I was advised that the U-haul system is down today and there is nothing attendant at the counter can do about it. I called the support line and they setup a mobile pickup for me. However, one lady from the support refused to stay on the line as I was going through all steps saying that I'll be "fine". Sure enough, after she hand up - I got stuck in the next step and had to call support again. In total I spoke to four people explaining my story each time. Eventually, the lady named Michelle stayed with me through the entire process (I had questions on each step). If it was not for her - the day would be a total disaster - thanks Michelle! Even though I did a pre-check in the day before - filled all the questions about the reservation, taking pictures of my drivers license etc. Somehow I had to do it all over again during mobile pickup: fill all addresses and take license pictures. This feels redundant and time-wasting. Truck interior was clean, but I had to clean ice and snow from the windshield (good thing I got my own brush). Overall this experience added more stress to my moving day - from now on I will try to stay away from U-haul whenever I can.

DAVID BI had requested a furniture dolly but there was not one in the truck. So when I returned it I let them know. They said they would refund me the amount. However I have still not received the refund. So I am waiting on that still.
