The location was switched on me which added several km more to my usage which cost me more. The girl behind the counter was totally untrained and under prepared and took more than 15 minutes to put my rental through plus served variety store customers while I was standing there trying to get the van rental (which was filled out online) approved so I could get going. The clerk had to keep phoning the owner to come to finally process the lease so I could get the van. Also when I returned the vehicle, there was 1/8 of a tank more in the tank when I brought it back for which I didn’t get credit ( roughly $10 more in gas than what it was when I took it out. I mentioned it to the same inept clerk and she said if there was a difference it would show up but of course it didn’t. I also have picture proof of the tank levels!! Will never go back to the location and highly recommend to others to go somewhere else also. Totally dissatisfied with the whole experience. Shame on U-haul!!!

I had no idea the process the truck had minimal gas in it when I got it I left it around the same amount but got a 60$ charge which no one has explained to me
Stuart HStaff here was great, my drop off wasn't in his system but he still tried to help. Not his fault but uhaul should be of more help and should provide help especially when it was a mistake of one of their reps.
