The location was very very random and on a dead-end street. It was average, nothing exciting. We didn't talk to any personnel. Easy drop off other than taking a picture of every angle of the rental.

No personnel involved. Just a drop off. It was closed. The location wasn't inviting but it was functional. Without GPS, I'd have been lost. The drop off was fine as we followed the uhaul on line protocol.

Ben BThe inside of the U-Haul had a weird odor. There was also a duct tape on the driver side covering something, but I’m not sure what that was for. The U-Haul itself ran fine and worked great for what we needed it for.
