More detailed information on the rental would be nice. I was reserving a truck at one location, and apparently that location didn't have the truck I needed. So I was sent to another location. At this location there was no one there to give me the keys or any instructions as to where they might be. They also wouldn't answer the phone when I was trying to contact them. I left several messages before getting a return phone call 30 minutes later. Having to make a second trip there to pick up the truck. But overall the rental was not bad.
