The trailer performed great and everything was fine picking up and dropping off the trailer. My only concern was that I got a text message yesterday wanting to know when I was returning the trailer and I had already returned it 4 days ago which indicated that something was wrong in the return process. I reserved the trailer for 3 days and returned it in 2.5 days.

CHRISTOPHER SWas just a drop off so no interaction. However, there was much closer drop off and again, customer service didn't give us that option.
lisa mHandyman rental is the BEST place to rent uhaul their customer service is EXCELLENT. They are friendly they even get the uhaul ready for you by pulling out truck for you. Exceptional service with a SMILE!!!!!
KRISTINE WTruck was not clean inside or out. Back had over 2 gallons of stone and gravel in it which meant I needed to clean it for my use. When I spoke about it after It was returned it seemed like they really didn’t care. Will think twice about using this location again. In the past I have use U-Haul in Springfield and will Most likely do that in the future.
