I was diverted twice. First to Rio Rico then Nogales. Cost me 2 1/2 hours. Then to find out our original location in Green Valley had an available truck. I was told I’d get $175 credit for the inconvenience. No credit on my bill. Very disappointed. Clerk in Nogales struggled with English. Didn’t have the blankets we reserved. Really disappointed.
