Real bad experience, almost had a major accident due to a tire blow out on highway 395 close to Lee Vining Ca , contacted the uhaul 24 hour helpline at around 9pm , had several messages stating that a tow truck would arrive within 210min , which a tow truck didn't arrive till 6am the next morning , the trailer axle was dragging and the axle was missing the brake drum cover , im waiting for a call back from uhaul for reconpensation from the full amount paid , poor communication , waited 9 hours for a tow truck , lost a whole day of contractors working on a customers kitchen in washoe city nv.
YESENIA ATruck wasn't cleaned out after previous user returned it. Everything else was great.
DANIEL SI rented the smaller inclosed truck. It ran great, ice cold AC and was perfect for moving some furniture.
