Attendant was clearly unfamiliar with the rental process. He had to call support even though nothing unusual occurred. The location did not have the other equipment (utility dolly, furniture pads) that I had also reserved--so I was forced to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. Nothing about this experience was pleasant. The truck looked fine visually, but there was some kind of issue with the winshield or perhaps the passenger window that caused a horrible whining sound at highway speed. 2-1/2 hours of that was enough to drive me crazy.
