I called my drop off location.They stated they were open monday through saturday. After arriving a note on the wall stated , they are closed all saturdays. Is it too much to ask to change your voicemail to close on Saturdays?I don't think so.

LORI GI AM GUESSING, BECAUSE I REQUESTED THE RENTAL 2 DAYS EARLY, IT COULD NOT BE SERVICED AND CLEANED IN TIME. EMPLOYEE DID HER BEST TO CLEAN THE BACK. DROVE OVER 1300 MILES WITH TPS ON. CAB WAS A TOTAL MESS. I HAD TO GET WIPES FROM OFFICE AND CLEAN SPILLED SOFT DRINK.

JAMES CA little disappointed that my truck was not available at the location that I had reserved it at over 3 weeks ago,, could have ridden a bike there, Had to go nearly 8 miles to a different location, which I was charged extra miles for,,, seems like some adjustment might have been made,,,
