The owner of the U-Haul location was the rudest guy I have ever met. He did not speak good English and when we could t understand him he creamed at us and got violent. It was so bad my friend and I had to walk out of the store because we thought he would get physical with us and hurt us. Will never use U-Haul again if we don’t have too
Noah CThe vehicle we rented was the bumpiest ride. It was terrible. I think something is wrong with this truck. Drinks were spilling out. Going down a hill truck would hang up in third gear it seemed. Stuff in back was shaking up pretty badly. Overall terrible experience. Just with the truck itself.
Mary SAfter the checking in process didn't work on my phone, it along with my license was taking out of my hand from cashier. During this process, I grabbed my phone back to enter the info but he decided to take it back from me for a second time and didn't say a word. He then started to fill out the information. Once it didn't work for him, I grabbed my phone back and he took pictures of my license and fill out info with his phone. Convenient location was the best part about this experience but will choose another next time.
Valinda VI cannot think of anything else they could do to improve. Everything was great.
