Had no clue how to pick up at this location. Key wasnt in the box. A woman came out to give me the key. When I returned the truck, had no clue where to park as there wasnt any clear signage. The guy who lives there, I assume becuase it looks like their house, yelled at me and told me to give him the keys because I didnt park the truck back in the right spot. Which was interesting because there is no way of knowing I was supposed to park the truck on his GRASS IN THE FRONT YARD OF HIS HOUSE. I ended up parking it for him becuase he was too busy washing his truck with soap while it was pouring rain outside. Not to mention I though that the rental would have cost me $70 to 80 dollars and when all was said and done it cost me about $153 or something. Ive rented from a uhaul in Brockton, Ma with less hassle and straight forward pricing. This location is a nightmare and I dont know if id bother with you guys again.

This rental process was extremely streamlined, and the property management was very accommodating to my needs last minute in the day. Everything was great. The vehicle was an excellent shape and worked out perfect.

DANIEL MReally unprofessional. The rental was a side hustle and felt that way. And the inaccuracies cost me money. They were quick to call it full when it was barely over a half tank, but also quick to charge me when I brought it back at 2/3 of a tank. Not sure if it was lack of concern or trying to make some extra money. I've rented from other non-Uhaul owned shops and had much better experiences. I would not go back here.
