I was forced to use this location when the location I reserved a 15’ truck at did not have what I needed. So I had to travel further away (& spend more $ to get a ride there) to pick up. I was supposed to be able to pick up using the app, but it gave me an error when I arrived saying I didn’t have a reservation. When I went inside (it’s a barber shop, not an actual U-Haul location) the person I was supposed to talk to was cutting hair and kept telling me to do everything myself on the app. I also rented a utility dolly and furniture blankets. He told me he only had a regular dolly and the blankets and they were in the truck. They were not in the truck, and he didn’t want to give me the time of day to get the truck in a timely manner, as I had hired moving help and needed to get back asap. Do NOT go here if you can help it.
