The employee working was helpful, the trailer had a tire that was starting to separate which resulting in an abnormal vibration while towing. U-Haul needs to hire employees that are trained and are able to inspect equipment in order to make a decision on whether the equipment is safe to be rented or not, instead you rely on the customer to take pictures and inspect equipment prior to the rental. When I schedule to rent a trailer I expect the trailer to be in good working condition, I don’t expect to go there and then realize the trailer needs a new tire and then disrupt my plans for the day because the trailer is not safe for the road.
