Mike is a great guy. Unfortunately, the Internet service was horrible. The day that we made our transaction. It took over an hour to upload two photos of the license. I was then overcharged by $37 upon my return and Mike was upset about it now I have to take the time to call U-Haul myself When I have a little time to take care of such matters.
