Hire competent professionals who are customer service oriented. We were treated very rudely, the lady responsible for checking us out did not arrive to work on time and we had to wait on her. She also didn’t have a clue how to do a rental & had to call someone to assist her. In addition, we were provided the incorrect address as the facility is not located on Rodgers Rd, it is actually located on E. Washington- a very extremely sketchy part of town. Because of the incorrect address provided & the incompetent rude staff we were late to meet our movers . Also we did not receive the blankets we paid for which caused me to have to drive to a different uhual location to get them. This caused significant delays with our move. More than likely will never utilize Uhual again & will not recommend them to anyone. We have filed a formal complaint regarding our nightmare of an experience
