Said they were open till 5, got there at 330 and no one was there and the place was closed. Charged us additional days when he dropped it off on time
KAYLA RThey had no idea I was coming. Trailer was buried in the snow. I had to borrow their shovel to clear over a foot of snow out of it while he stood there and watched me do it.
