Very happy with the service!!

Excellent customer service!

They tried to refuse to accept the truck and make me drive it across town because they didn’t want to “take up customer parking” for their store . This was despite the fact that it was the location agreed to on the contract. They were very difficult about it and finally reluctantly agreed to take the truck after we insisted very firmly that we were not going to drive across the entire city to a different location when this place was the one agreed to

I reserved a 6x12 trailer and they gave me a 5x8 which completely screwed up my move. To say I'm not happy with my experience doesn't do it justice to how pissed I was.

The vehicles are parked in a hill so the fuel doesn’t look correct. The person there scammed me to go get more gas which was another $3.00 but put more miles on the vehicle to do so. I used it for a very short trip and the first time I stopped for gas it was $4.00. $7.00 to go as far as I did would be logical in a semi but this was a 10’ truck.

I found the location hard to find due to poor signage.

I was charged .95 per km for a cargo van that had a posted per km rate of .59. I emailed in response to the emailed invoice (as I wasn't presented one at drop off), but received no reply . I have rented at this location twice in the last 6 months and on both occasions there was a discrepancy between the claimed fuel level and the fuel level that I actually had. After the first experience I decided that it wasn't worth my time taking issue with it. I won't pick up from this location again.

Very friendly.

This location was not open until 11 am when I return to the vehicle when I dropped it off it was 8 am so I can't give you any kind of rating on the location.

NEVER RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS SHOP! This guy is a real thief! He made a fake report that i have not fueled the truck and charged me extra! Fortunately I have the receipt and will sue him. Now I believe all the other bad reviews.

The receipt on 99086999 is not accurate due to the track return time is 2:08pm on December 30, and the recept shows on 12/29/2017 at 7pm. I contacted the location in regarding about this matter, I believe this matter is U Haul corporate MIS matter, the system need to be more accurate.

Not only was I given a cargo van but I told Chen 3 times NO to insurance ( which on the phone I was told $13 but told $15 when I went to pick up) I got charged anyway and had to wait an extra 25 Min for him to do the refund While I had hired help in the car waiting. Too much to write will explain exactly what happened if you call 604-518-8754 Awful customer service..will Never use Uhaul again!

Actually It was not $20 ??

The guy from the location ripped me off. I was supposed to return the truck at 5:45pm Friday and I called before then and let him know because of traffic I wouldn’t make that time but I would be not too long after. He said he was closing early but would not give me a time, after me asking him 6 times I gave up. He told me to bring the truck back by 9:30 the next morning and being that he WOULDN’T tell me when he would be there that evening till I couldn’t risk going all that way so I had to accept. I returned the truck around 8 after filling it up with gas. When I got the bill, I had been charged for not returning it with the correct gas, which was not the case and not only that but he put that it had an 1/8 of tank when it was a 1/4. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with Uhaul and I would not recommend this location to anyone because of that person. I’ll be looking to get some of my money back and won’t be using the service again if I can help it!

Next door, friendly, easy and quick : what else do you want ? Nothing to change or improve in my opinion

The owner of the store was super helpful. This is now my first choice for rentals.

Drop this location as a satellite or contract location. Service was the worst I have ever experienced with uhaul; rude, unprofessional and disorganized. Only after leaving the location to start loading the trailer did we notice a leak in the roof. There was no time to go back to the location and they didn't have any other vehicles or trailers so we had to make due. Terrible service.

The location worked. But I expect it would be best for people in that locale. I was bumped from my original requested location to another, only to be put in this one on the morning of. It was a 25 minute detour for me.

I would not recommend anyone to use U-Haul. Cost me approx $300 for a truck which was hour late. Thanks to the guy in North Van for parking it for me.

Is best bruh

Friendly Grocery is a grocery store. It hardly has the image of a U-Haul yard. The trucks were parked off street behind the building ... and our GPS would not allow us to enter 1st Street EAST ... so we had a chore finding the place - all the while driving a 15' moving van on narrow, crowded city streets! We did find, it, though. Fellow was very helpful!

Tony was the only person in all of the Vancouver Area that helped me. The local Uhaul at Wilson Creek Sunshine Coast didn't even have my reservation number which I had done Aug.1/17 for Thurs. Aug.31/17. I checked Monday Aug.28/17 with Wilson Creek and he didn't even know I existed. Which was unacceptable. He didn't have a truck, tow dolly or dolly. This caused me an extra 303.00 on BC Ferries having to go to Vancouver to pick up the truck, and tow dolly. My contract was to include a dolly which I never received but was charged extra for which is unacceptable.

Have the truck I reserved...

parking is challenge for pick-up from this location so you need to pick up during non-peak hours.
