Again, Uhaul incompetently me to a drop off location 8 miles from a much closer location to my home, adding more unnecessary miles to the truck. I won't use Uhaul again!

It's hard to rent a truck on week end but u haul took care of everything.
Billy H.Customer service told me to drop keys at the location while I was on the phone with them, then through the check in process I needed 4 pictures to finish. I had to wait until the office opened to retrieve the keys to get photos. NOT AN EASY RETURN but it was because I was told wrong info from Uhaul not the return location
