HARKIRAT SI had a U-Haul rep call me (the day I was scheduled to pickup my vehicle) and asked if I wanted to switch my rental to a location in Georgetown, I picked it up in Norval which is closer. the other Georgetown location on Guelph street is awful. Don’t steer business to that location.
MARK OVan was very dirty on the inside. The windshield needed to be wiped down. The cupholders were filled with dirt and loose tobacco. The flooring was dusty and muddy. The inside of the back of the truck was also sandy and muddy.
MARINA MGood customer service. A few blankets not available, but wasn't a big deal. Service manager was very professional, responsive. Everything went according to plan.
