I don’t rent trucks very often but my experience was a good one. The staff was helpful and assisted me when needed. My only concern was that the details of the contract were unclear and so I expressed concern of the charges which when explained were understood. Thank you to Norval Convenience for good service!

Make sure there is sufficient fuel in vehicle so don’t need two trips to gas station. Had less than 1/4 tank when I picked up.
