Too many hidden fees
Swastika ACustomer service was great! It was a very pleasant experience.
JORGE TI didn't want to rent the truck at this location due to the bad review. But it's close to me, so I wanted to give it a try. I've rented the truck 2 separate times in 1 week, and the service was excellent both times when I was there. I recommend this place, all the male workers are friendly and helpful. The lady who works the PM shift has no smile or any expression (sort of rude in many ways), but she must've had a bad day.
