The rate quoted changed. We received a truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Truck was dirty. Guy in the store had to call his aunt for me to rent. Aunt had me send my ID then stated it was incorrect. Terrible experience

Had to wait for almost 20 minutes because the woman was not there. Truck was on empty and cargo area was full of nails. I have used U-Haul in the past but I will never go back to this one.
