Language barrier. Difficulty to communicate causing the drop off location being entered incorrectly. I had to call traffic to correct. I also received no information about how to solve a problem if something happened to the trailer during rental.

I signed up online and said no to the insurance I got to the store registered sign in with them, but I won’t be insurance. I said no the ride use the truck and returned it about the price of three dollars an hour later and notice they still charge $15 for the insurance, but I told him no to. I’m gonna try to call back but Long answer the phone.
