Phil nWhen I rented the trailer in Oceanside, we agreed to drop off the trailer at Mr Happys Mercantile in Anza Ca. When I went to use the mobile app for the drop off, it said that I needed to drop it off in Hemet Ca which is a lot further from my home. Then, U-haul wanted to charge me $30 for the drop off change of location. There was never a change in location because on my rental contract it stated the drop off location in Anza. After speaking with the uhaul rep in Anza, they were very helpful and were able to refund me the $30. Please don't change the agreed to drop off location after the contract has been agreed to.
