Uhaul services didn’t provide the shop with my order so I had to wait 30 minutes for cashier to call U-Haul and get it settled. Wasn’t cashiers fault at all, but still inconvenient.

Fabulous customer service

There were too many things that went wrong to mention them individually because it would be a book. The service representstive kept apologizing because they hadn't been properly trained. Please use a different location. Everyone involved would be happier.

The gentleman at the pickup location had no clue how to even open his computer, never mind access the U-Haul website. He kept stopping to help the customers at the counter, as this is a convenience store. I chose this location because it was the closest to my home and to save some time, which didn’t happen. He had to call their other store for help, only to find out the truck was at that location, about 15 minutes away. The lady there was slightly more knowledgeable and apologetic, but the whole process took well over an hour and put us behind schedule.

This place is not setup to handle U-Haul rentals. It is inside a convenience store and the attendant had to ring people out between helping me which made the process way longer than necessary. After taking care of payment inside I asked if there was any one to help guide me and hook the trailer up. There was not and the tongue of the trailer was against the pavement. I had to back the pickup truck alone and lift and drag the trailer onto the hitch. After securing to the truck I then found the trailer cable would not reach the truck. I went inside and asked if they had the cable which they did not and just sent me down the road without trailer lights. Based on this experience and the fact I reserved the trailer a week ahead of time at a location that I know is a much better. I probably will not rent from U-Haul again if it is work related. You made it way more painful than necessary.
