As far as the staff and checking in was VERY easy and friendly. However it was over an hour away from the loc. That I moved to and I had hardly any room to put the uhaul. He was putting them on the side of the street. The office was messy. It was an unclean atmosphere inside and out, but personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
