My truck had a literal bag of garbage in the bed. The entire inside of the truck smelled horrible and the dolly was missing. This was after it taking an hour and a half to get the checkout process finished because the app would only allow me to use the front facing camera for the license verification picture.

Instructions were wrong on key pickup. Instructions indicated key to be picked up at desk. Location was closed. After calling U-Haul, I found the lockbox and uhaul agent had to give me the code.
