RICHARD PComplete transaction was on ring doorbell, the leave the keys in the back of all the trucks. First truck number the gave me was full of miscellaneous stuff old mattress, mop bucket…. Etc. would never return to that location
John BThe mileage counter wasn’t correct when I got it. I had to argue my case just for an accurate reading. I felt like someone was trying to scam me to pay extra mileage. When integrity is gone, so is my business.
REID MNo one was at the location. I talked to someone through a Ring doorbell camera, At first they indicated they do not accept trailer drop offs. After explaining to them the contract had them listed as the drop off point they said to leave it in a parking spot out front. No one was available to unhook the trailer or check it in. If I were an older person without the strength to lift the tongue I would have had to waste more time and find an alternative location. I felt this location was unprofessional and as if I were a burden when dropping off the trailer.
